Job responsibilities:
1. Online customer service for the company's online online trading platform;
2. Pre sales support: product introduction, guiding and persuading customers to reach a transaction. 3. During sales tracking: customer order production, shipment, logistics status follow-up. 4. After sales service: handling customer feedback issues, returns and exchanges, complaint handling, etc.
Job requirements
1. Having experience in customer service and telemarketing is a priority, diligent and dedicated, with a strong sense of responsibility, and clear thinking;
2. Standard Mandarin, fluent in speech, understanding consumer psychology, strong language expression skills, and proficient in communication;
3. Clear headed, agile thinking, with good sales and service awareness, patient and meticulous work;
4. Good personality, patient and responsible, healthy body, able to work stably for a long time;
5. Have teamwork spirit, basic computer skills, and experience in online or telephone sales is preferred;
6. Proficient in computer usage, with a typing speed of over 50 words per minute, familiar with office software and network tools.
